Below you will find a selection of on-demand video classes. Most were live classes which were recorded to support you in deepening your personal practice at home. So grab your mat, 2 blocks, a yoga tie and anything else you might want for comfort (a bolster, cozy blanket, pillow, etc.). Sometimes we use a chair, and it’s best to choose a 4-legged dining chair or something similar that is sturdy for support.
As always, I encourage you to come with an attitude of curiosity & compassion. I offer plenty of options and modifications so you take care of you own body’s needs, and find what works for YOU!

SPRING AWAKENING - Awaken your vitality in this mat class that will help you align, grow, loosen & luxuriate! Starting with Pranayama to open neck & throat, we'll move gracefully through seated, kneeling & standing poses, ending in a long relaxation to feel grounded & rejuvenated.
SPIRIT & MATTER - Unite Body & Spirit in this active, organic and flowing gentle mat practice. Includes standing poses, mindful movement, and deep relaxation. This class explores the true meaning of Yoga; the invitation to merge the physical and the Divine!
