Perfect for newbies, stiff bodies, and those wanting a slow, mindful, mellow practice, this 1 hr class includes gentle warmups, flowing and classic yoga poses, and a blissful guided relaxation at the end. We’ll practice with compassionate awareness, humor, ease and grace. Leave feeling grounded, nurtured and ready for the rest of your weekend!

Sunset Beach Yoga with Glo

I'm excited to announce that I'll be leading SUNSET BEACH YOGA on Sunday May 4th at 7pm at Fish Haul Beach Park (Mitchelville Beach) on Hilton Head Island! This is always a fun way to experience yoga with friends & family while attuning to nature; the sky, the birds, the water,.. and yes, the sunset! Great for yogis, nature lovers, and curious explorers! No experience necessary!

We'll be meeting at about 6:45pm in the sandy area near the dunes to the left of the beach walkway. Bring a large beach towel or beach blanket (yoga mats are NOT great in the sand). Bring water, bug spray, and maybe a long sleeve layer, depending on the weather. Feel free to come earlier, and enjoy the unique area, great for walking, beach combing and enjoying views of the Port Royal Sound.

Parking is free after 5pm.

This class is a gentle mixed-level class and offered by donation (cash or venmo is appreciated). Hope see you for this special class outside! Please share this invitation and bring friends - the more the merrier!
